04 / CORPORATE BRAND + COLLATERAL

Designing corporate communication that stays clear across formats.

Profiles, proposals, presentations, brochures, event materials, and internal communications all ask for different layouts — but they still need to feel like the same company.

One company. A lot of information.

Airlink communicates across travel, logistics, corporate services, events, proposals, internal presentations, and client-facing material. The design challenge was keeping that information readable and recognizable without forcing every document into the same template.

THE DESIGN CHALLENGE

Dense content had to feel structured, not crowded.

Each format has a different job. A company profile needs narrative flow. A proposal needs speed and clarity. A presentation needs hierarchy from across a room. Event collateral needs immediate recognition.

Build rules that survive the format change.

I treated the collateral as one communication system: repeated hierarchy, typography, spacing logic, color roles, image behavior, and reusable modules that could stretch from a profile spread to a presentation slide.

Supporting copy stays quieter so the page can handle detail without competing with itself.

The system had to work in the real world.

Rather than presenting every file as a separate project, these placeholders are grouped by how the communication system was applied: long-form editorial, presentations, proposals, and event-facing collateral.

Selected collateral, grouped by use.

This section is intentionally visual. Replace each block with the strongest finished piece instead of documenting every file created.

Consistency did not mean making every piece identical. The stronger system was the one that could change format, audience, and information density while still feeling unmistakably connected.
