Repositioning LinkedIn for corporate, logistics, and B2B.

Airlink’s LinkedIn page had become a catch-all for multiple business units. The job was to give the platform a clearer purpose: corporate communication, logistics capability, and B2B storytelling for a professional audience.

01 / THE PROBLEM

One page was trying to talk to everyone.

Previously, content from Airlink’s different business units was published on the same LinkedIn page. That created an unclear experience for audiences with different interests and made individual services harder to communicate.

The problem was not simply inconsistent posting. The platform itself did not have a sharply defined job.

the question:
What should someone immediately understand Airlink uses LinkedIn for?

step 02 →

Give each platform a job.

I separated the channel roles: Meta remained the consumer-facing home for travel content, while LinkedIn became the primary platform for corporate, logistics, and B2B communication.

Relevance before volume.

A clearer platform position meant every post could be judged against the same question: does this strengthen Airlink’s professional authority and help the right audience understand the business?

01

Corporate

Company updates, capability, partnerships, milestones, and business-facing communication.

02

Logistics

Services, project work, operational expertise, events, freight, and industry-relevant stories.

03

B2B

Content shaped around the questions and interests of decision-makers rather than general consumer promotion.

04

Travel on Meta

Consumer travel offers and leisure content stayed where that audience was already being served.

step 03 →

Then make the new position repeatable.

I introduced content pillars, organic optimization, consistent posting formats, content planning, and engagement-led storytelling so the account did not depend on one-off ideas.

A clearer feed needs clearer rules.

The clearer direction translated into audience growth.

Over two years, Airlink’s LinkedIn audience grew from roughly 4K to nearly 9K followers while the page developed a more focused corporate presence.

WHAT CHANGED

The page became easier to understand.

The growth matters, but the more useful outcome was strategic clarity: LinkedIn had a defined audience, a defined content role, and a repeatable structure for telling Airlink’s corporate and logistics story.

Then show what the feed started feeling like.

Instead of another device, this section can present selected post mockups as a large editorial slider. One post locks into the center stage, pauses, then swipes to the next — similar to browsing the feed, but presented more like portfolio work.
