03 / AIRLINK TRAVEL SERVICES

A scalable travel brand kit built for visibility, leads, and consistency.

Airlink Travel’s campaigns lacked a unified visual identity, which made the social presence feel inconsistent and limited its ability to turn attention into qualified travel enquiries. The solution was a repeatable B2C system for Facebook and Instagram.

clarity in the feed → clarity in the offer → better response. ✓
01 / THE PROBLEM

The offer was there. The visual system wasn’t.

Airlink Travel is the leisure travel division, covering holiday packages, flights, cruises, visa-related travel services, and other customer needs in the UAE.

Across campaigns, the content lacked a unified visual identity. That inconsistency made the brand harder to recognize and contributed to weak social lead generation and missed customer-acquisition opportunities.

the design problem:
Too many campaigns were starting visually from zero instead of building from one recognizable system.

step 02 →

Build a kit that can handle different destinations without losing the brand.

I positioned Facebook and Instagram as the core B2C travel channels, then standardized design, messaging, calls to action, and content planning into a scalable social brand kit.

THE BRAND KIT

Repeat the structure. Change the destination.

The goal was not to make every campaign look identical. It was to standardize the parts that matter most — hierarchy, offer treatment, CTA language, and reusable layout logic — so different destinations could still feel like one brand.

Turn the system into campaigns that can actually generate leads.

Once the visual and messaging system was established, targeted campaigns could focus on qualified enquiries instead of rebuilding the brand language each time.

Different products. Different destinations. Still one recognizable brand.

This is where the system proves it can stretch: holidays, flights, visas, cruises, destination content, and useful travel information can all feel different without looking disconnected.

A clearer travel identity turned into measurable visibility and enquiries.

The portfolio reporting compares July 2025–2026 against July 2024–2025. Instead of giving every number the same weight, the result story starts with reach and then shows what that attention did next.

WHAT CHANGED

The campaign output started behaving like one brand.

A clearer visual identity and more focused travel content contributed to stronger visibility, engagement, and customer enquiries across Facebook and Instagram.

the useful takeaway: the system did not just make the feed cleaner. it made the offers easier to recognize, scan, and act on. →
